These Terms govern access to and use of www.anpai.it, its public content, the preliminary AI Act assessment and the restricted editorial area. Specific association activities or professional engagements may be subject to separate terms.

The website is operated by ANPAI โ Associazione Nazionale Professionisti AI, Italian tax code 98032180154, Via Appennini 45, Milan, Italy. Enquiries can be sent through the Contact page.
Acceptable use
The website must be used lawfully and without compromising its security, availability or the rights of others.

Content and intellectual property
Text, trade marks, visual identity, photographs, layouts, animations, software and other materials belong to ANPAI or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Quotations and uses permitted by law remain allowed; any other reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Informational content
Articles, news, service pages and materials are provided for informational and association purposes. ANPAI takes care over accuracy and updates, but general information and external links do not replace professional advice on a specific case.
AI Act assessment
The questionnaire provides a preliminary, indicative assessment based solely on the answers supplied. It does not certify compliance, constitute legal or technical advice, or replace a complete review of the system, role, data, documentation and processes. A final and official assessment requires a consultation with an ANPAI professional.
Editorial area
Access is restricted to authorised people. Credentials are personal and must be protected. Anyone publishing content confirms that they are entitled to use the text and images, comply with copyright, privacy and editorial rules, and are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted material.
External services
The website may open third-party services, including WhatsApp, only after an action by the user. The external service applies its own terms and privacy information. A link does not imply control or endorsement of all third-party content.
Availability and liability
ANPAI may update or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security or legal reasons. To the extent permitted by law, ANPAI is not liable for indirect loss caused by interruptions outside its control, misuse, the userโs device, or decisions based solely on general content. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
